Dr. Etel Leit, founder of SignShine™ Beverly Hills, is a prominent figure in the field of psychology, education, and entrepreneurship. Dr. Leit holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and earned her master’s degrees in leadership and education from Pepperdine University. Her academic journey began as a linguist following her service as a commander in Israeli intelligence.

She brings a wealth of experience to her role as a faculty member at Palo Alto’s Sofia University, and Cambridge College in Boston to psychology and business schools.
Dr. Leit expertise extends to her role as a parenting consultant and author, including her third books, “UnAddicted to You,” “You Are My SignShine,” and “Where is Water,” available at Barnes & Noble. Dr. Leit is a recognized presence on television programs such as CNN, NBC KTLA, and Fox 11, where her insights on empowerment and communication resonate widely.
Keynote speaker on life skills and technology, Dr. Leit has also shared her knowledge at numerous seminars and conferences, partnering with esteemed organizations such as NAEYC, Santa Monica College, LAUP, UCLA, USA Airforce, Austin Unified schools, and various early childhood centers. Many people mistake communication as just speaking, signing or writing. But language is so much more than simple words strung together. It’s the children, but many individuals reach goals.

With my extensive background as an educator and life coach, with expertise in multi-languages, public speaking, leadership, and developing curricula, my gift to offer the world is to teach you how to share your own gifts with others.
At a very young age, I was curious about languages and the way people communicate. My coaching techniques are very inspired by this. After watching thousands of clients’ lives change, I’ve learned so much and know that my role in life is to help improve people’s lives.
